Get Back in Sync: Find Your Helper

A Key Step in the Shine Philosophy is to START. "S" could be for STUCK but "S" is to START. The best advice I can give anyone who is frustrated, in limbo, or STUCK in old ways and old beliefs, is to simply START.

I hear you: you’re saying: “Whaaaat, that’s it?!!”

YES!

I know it sounds very basic and elementary, but it doesn’t make it any less true. 

A lot of times we are waiting for something to happen in our lives, but we don’t even consider that nothing happens without movement. To Shift out of rot will always require some examination of our current reality and the courage to accept that there is MORE, and there could be another way to get there.
